Lachit Divas was observed on 24th November 2023 in Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Kajalgaon. The programme started with chanting of Mangalacharan and lighting of the lamp by Principal, VKV Kajalgaon. This was then followed by Principal Sir addressing the students. Sri Kishor Bhattacharya, Assistant Teacher had delivered a speech on the unwavering bravery and heroism of the legendary figure of Assam who protected the state from Mughal rule.
