NATIONAL MATHEMATICS DAY,2021

Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya,kajalgaon observed National Mathematics Day on 22^nd Dec,2021.The programme started with our traditional mangalacharan and lighting of lamp.Then the guest,Sri Biswajit Prabhakar Sir gave a floral tribute to the photo of Srinivasa Ramanujan.Sri Biswajit Prabhakar ji delivared speech on the occasion.He had also showed maths trick to the students.Thereafter the students of Class IX and X had shown few maths activities.

GANDHI JAYANTI & SHASTRI JAYANTI,2021

Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya,kajalgaon observed Gandhi Jayanti & Shastri Jayanti on 2^nd October,2021.The programme started with traditional mangalcharan and lighting of the lamp.Principal Sir welcomed the gathering of the day.Then there was a welcome song performed by all the teachers.Principal Sir felicitated the guest which was followed by teacher's speech delivered by sansulee Didi. The guest of the day,Sri Norbeswar Brahma,secretary of school managing committe delivered a valuable speech on the ocassion.Thereafter,there was Bhajan presented by Ratnadeepa Didi.Coming to the end of the programme ,Uttam sir gave a vote of thanks to everyone.Thus the programme ended with shantimantra. 

UNIVERSAL BROTHERHOOD DAY,2021

Vivekananda Kendra Vidylaya ,Kajalgaon celebrated Universal Brotherhood Day on 11^thSeptember,2021.The programme started with chanting of our traditional Mangalcharan and lighting of lamp by Principal Sir.A group song was presented by the students of class IV and class V.Thereafter ,Devajyoti Sir delivered a speech on the occasion.Another student of class Nursery,Parom Sarkar sang rhymes on virtual mode.Diya Sarkar of class VI delivered the Chicago speech.Then a student of class KG,Ishani Santosh also presented rhymes on virtual node. Srity Ray of class VI delivered a speech on that special occasion.A dance was also presented by Sneha Ray of class V and Ishita Ray of class II.There after another student of class V,Mamta Wary presented a story on the life of Swami Vivekananda.Then a vote of thanks was given by Debajyoti Sir.Thus the programme ended smoothly with shantipath. 

KRISHNA JANMASTHAMI,2021

Krishna Janmasthami was observed by Vivekananda Kendra Vidylaya,Kajalgaon on 30th of August.The programme started with the traditional chanting of Mangalacharan.A welcome speech was delivered by the Principal Sir.It was followed by a bhajan by Ratnadeeepa Didi.More over a student of class IX,Jayeeta Sarkar also delivered a speech on the occasion.Soon after the speech,Class II students disguised themselves as Bal Gopola .The students are Anmol Siwakoti,Ishita Ray,Susmita Joarder,Jonali Barman,Suraj Barman.There was a dance presentation by Disha Basumatary class VII and her group of Class VII.Thereafter it was followed by a another speech by Sanjay Kumar Verma Sir on the importance of the day.Baijanti didi gave vote of thanks to everyone present in the programme.Thus the programme ended with Shantipath by Siddartha Sir.

 

RAKSHA BANDHAN,2021

Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya,Kajalgaon organized Raksha Bandhan programme virtually on 22nd of August,2021 at 8:30 am.All the fellow students joined us in google meet.The programme started with traditional chanting of mangalacharan and lighting of lamp.Principal Sir welcomed everyone and delivered a speech on the importance of the day. Principal Sir also offered flowers to Manaeeya Eknath Ji remembering him on his Punya Tithi.Some of our students also tied rakhi on their brother’s wrist.Susmita Didi delivered a valuable speech on the special occasion.Also a student of class X,Pranjal Brahma recited a poem and thereafter Ratnadeepa Didi sang a beautiful song on the occasion.Another student of class III,Daisy Ray gave a dance performance and delighted the audience.Thereafter Diya Sarkar of Class VI sang a song.At the end,Bidyut Sir gave vote of thanks to everyone.Thus the programme ended with Shantipath by Siddartha Sir. .

75^th INDEPENDENCE DAY

Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Kajalgaon celebrated 75th Independence Day programme virtually on 15th of August,2021.All the fellow students joined us in google meet.The programme started with our traditional manglacharan and lighting of the lamp.Principal Sir hoisted the flag and students of class 10 sang the National Anthem.Everyone was welcomed by Principal Sir. Siddartha Sir sang a delightful patriotic song.Then ,there was a poem recitation by Dipak Rabha,a student ofclass VIII.Another student of class V,Mamta Wary also delighted the audience with her patriotic song.A student of class X Ramapati Basumatary delivered a speech on the occasion .Ratnadeepa Didi also sang a hindi patriotic song, Some of the competition was also organized by our school,so there was a result declaration of Fancy Dress and Drawing competition. .





After the declaration of result, another student of Class VI, Mehtaz Rehman had a dance performance. Thereafter, there was a poem recitation by Jawarani Basumatary of Class X. Another student of Class IX, Rimjhim Basumatary also sang a patriotic song on the occasion. Niwor Choudhury of Class IX had also recited a beautiful poem. Then there was a fancy dress performance by our students who portrayed Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, Mahatma Gandhi and Bhagat Singh. A student of Class X Bhagyashree Barman recited a beautiful poem. Coming to the end of the programme,Sanjay Sarkar sir gave a vote of thanks to everyone. Thus the programme ended with Shantipath.

INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA,2021

International Yoga Day was observed on 21^st of June,2021 in Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya ,Kajalgaon.The Programme started with the traditional chanting of mangalacharan followed by beautiful welcome song by Ratnadeepa Didi.Principal Sir welcomed the guest and also everyone present in the virtual programme. Thereafter ,Sanjay Sir delivered a speech on the importance of the day.The chief guest Sri Guno Sarkar Wary Sir,Physical Instructor,District Sports Office,Chirang also said few words on that day.The chief guest Sri Guno Sarkar Wary ,physical Instructor,District Sports Office,Chirang also said few words on that day. It was then followed by yoga presentation by our students.Baijanti Didi gave the vote of thanks to everyone present in the programme and ended it with Shantipath. At the end Siddarth Sir concluded the programme with Kendra Parthana. .

ANNUAL SPORTS MEET, 2021

Annual Sports Meet was held in Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya Kajalgaon on 26th March,2021.The school was honoured to have Major Bimal Chand Singh Sir as a chief guest on that day.The chief guest hoisted the flag and the school playground was echoed with National Anthem.Then the honourable guest lighted the lamp along with which everyone chanted the traditional Mangalacharan.Thereafter Principal Sir welcomed the gathering .There was also the oath taking ceremony leaded by Bhagyashree Barman(Class IX),the central commander of our school.Proceeding further ,there was also a welcome song performed by students.Major Bimal Chand Singh ji delivered some valuable words to the students and also he opened the “Annual Sports Meet”.
