VIVEKANANDA KENDRA VIDYALAYA KAJALGAON
The Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya,Kajalgaon is about 800 meters from NH-31.Vidyalaya is located in the prime areas of district headquaters surrounded by DC Office,Army Camp,JSB Civil Hospitals,judicial court and BTAD guest house.
VKV ,Kajalgaon was opened in January 2007 with 52 students,3 teaching and 2 non-teaching staff.Presently the Vidyalaya was denoted by BTC government.VKV Kajalgaon is an English medium school and follows CBSE curriculum.Though the vidyalaya is an English medium School,equal emphases is given to hindi ,bodo assamese and sanskrit language also.The school is having co-education facility with a girls hostel named Sister Nibedita Girls' Hostel.
The education system in our vidyalaya is based on philosophy of Swami Vivekananda's Man Making Education i.e not only making the child educated ,self relaint ,confident,independent,truthful and selfless with noble character,but also taking care of the child's five fold personality development i.e physical ,mental ,emotional,intellectual and spritual.
